Research Interests:

My research involves the influences of workplace psychosocial factors on occupational safety. Current research projects include the influence of supervisory leadership practices on group safety climate and the occurrences of work-related injuries in the construction industry, and safety-specific leadership development for 1 st line supervisors in manufacturing.
