plans were made for SPS picnic which was held on Thursday, Sept. 23rd and an
SPS field trip to Fermilab to be held Sunday, October 3 leaving at 9:30 a.m.

of the Advisory Board of Women in Science Program held at Wisconsin Dells,
Friday, Sept. 17 attended by Juliana Constantinescu.

A. Progress on
self-study planning Benjamin distributed rough draft of proposal for self
study.
B. Course rotation
realignment Rybski distributed current and proposed rotations; he wants input
by Tuesday of current rotation as it influences phase 2B scheduling; faculty
are requested to review Sahyunıs waterfall course progression for further
discussion next Friday.

Survey results all results need to be into Rybski by Monday at 4:30 p.m.
