Meeting
called to order at 2:33 pm.
II. Sahyun/Benjamin moved to approve Meeting Minutes of
August 25, and September 10 meetings with minor typographical
changes. Motion passed.

Update: Informal survey requires many locked storage cabinets. Finish surveys
before Friday.

Reports
1. Curriculum. There will be an Introduction to Forensics course through Sociology.
2. Science Alliance Planning group met and discussed the alumni who will be coming to campus. There will be four groups: Advancement, Development, Curriculum, and Business. Benjamin will be in charge of the Development group.

Departmental Federal Indirect accounts. Benjamin moved, Sahyun seconded, that
³The amount of funds that can be used by a faculty member without department
review will be the (Total funds)/(n+1) where n is the number of Tenured or
Tenure Track Faculty in the Physics Department.² Motion passed.
