Teaching Philosophy: My approach to teaching is student-centered. I believe it is important to empower and challenge students to actively take responsibility for their learning. My role is that of a facilitator, providing an inviting and supportive environment that recognizes and respects students’ views while encouraging critical thinking and risk taking to foster growth . I enjoy travelling down the “learning lane” with my students .
