Clinical Areas of Interest: Marriage and family therapy · Supervision · Self-Psychology. Internal Family Systems.

Research Areas of Interest: Impact of bias on counseling process. Development of the personal/professional self of counselors. Counselor/Teacher mentoring. Expansion of cross-cultural construct to include the multiple expressions of diversity that face the counselor.
