ALUMNI

Alumni are important to the UWW Communication Master's Degree program because we share with our alumni a common commitment, a commitment to ensuring that the Communication Graduate Program at UW-Whitewater continues to excel and to flourish, and that the value of a UWW Communication M.S. degree continues to grow. Our program is greatly strengthened by alumni input and counsel on how to best fulfill the changing needs of the professional and academic marketplaces. Many of our alumni are in positions in which they can sense changing expectations and new opportunities in the fields of communication, and we rely on alum to help us to stay current and relevant. Our alumni also serve as role models for our current students, and we greatly value opportunities to bring alumni back to campus for events in which they can interact with current students through membership on the communication graduate program advisory board or through guest lectures to undergraduate and graduate courses. Additionally, it goes with out saying that our alumni enhance the reputation of our program through their accomplishments. A primary reason that our degree program is so strong and sought-after is attributable to the professional and social achievements of our graduates.
