Teams from schools
participated in the team building conference and created these projects to implement in their schools to improve the academic achievement of English
Language Learners.

Participants were teams from elementary,middle or high schools who serve English Language Learners (ELLs). Team members included ESL teachers, bilingual teachers, content area teachers, special education teachers, bilingual resource specialists, paraprofessionals, and administrators.
