Confirmed Student Teaching Placements
For Fall 2008 Semester
as of August 12, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.

If your name does not appear on the Confirmed Placements part of this list, it means that your placement is not confirmed. Then you should look to see if your name is under the Pending Placements list. If you are on the Pending List, it means that I am working on finding you a placement.

If your name is on the confirmed part of this list, you need to come into the Office of Field Experiences, 2038 Winther Hall, to pick up a copy of your placement.

You must also have turned in your Praxis II subtest results to the Office of Field Experiences before you will be given your placement.

Reminder from Tom Ganser's meeting: "Students are required to pick up their placement information in the Office of Field Experiences within 3 weeks of the posting date or risk cancellation of their placement(s)." Make sure you tell your friends who will also be picking up their student teaching assignments.

If you do not have your letter of introduction or resume, your Praxis II subscores, and your TB test results on file in the Office of Field Experiences, you will not be able to find out where you are placed. Once those items are in your file, the Office of Field Experiences will be more than happy to give you your placement.

If you don't know if you've turned in your Praxis II subscores to the Office of Field Experiences, please bring the original with you when you come in to pick up your placement. Confirmed placements cannot be given out until Praxis II subscores have been turned in. Praxis II scores can be found in your WINS under the Test Scores section.
