Students (typically during their first semester sophomore year) apply for acceptance into Professional Education in Fall and begin the program in Spring
Criteria for Admission to Professional Education
Successful completion of 30 credit hours (including diversity
course, and Speech
Successful of all three parts of the Pre-Professional Skills Test
(PPST)
Completion of 350 hours of teaching-like experiences (paid or volunteer)
Course of Study is Completed in a Cohort of 30 Students
