White Blood Cells
Introduction
So you want to become a white blood cell? It isn't easy being a white blood cell. It is our responsibility to help keep people alive. There are five different ranks of white blood cells, but we all work together as a team. We all have to keep our eyes open for intruders into the body. There are many different types of intruders, and many different ways they can enter the body. Before we place you into a body, we are going to have to train you. In your training, you will learn how the different ranks of white blood cells work together. You will also learn the appearance of several intruders. Finally, you will learn where these intruders are most likely to enter the body. It is important for you to pay attention in the White Blood Cell Academy, because someday, someone's life may depend upon you.
Being a white blood cell sounds exciting, and it is. Remember, our job is very important to the body. If any of us fail to identify a known intruder, we may be at risk to loose not just our job, but a life as well.
We have a lot of work to do to get you ready to join us fighting intruders. Let's go to the White Blood Cell Academy right away. Your group of 3 or 4 students will begin the training there.
