to New York and London as a cultural capital of the world. Melbourne is
known for its multicultural citizens and for the secret gardens that can
be found throughout the city. Social life is big in Melbourne, which includes
more than 3000 restaurants. |
| Victoria
is also famous for football (rugby) and every area has a team. Other sports
enjoyed here are basketball, bushwalking, cricket, and hockey. A world famous
land sight of Victoria is the Great
Ocean Road, a world class scenic drive on the coast. Aboriginals
have also had an impact in this region as well as every else in Australia. |
