*Areas of Research and/or Expertise:
My research can be classified into two areas: cross-cultural consumer behavior and new media effects.
My research in cross-cultural consumer behavior aims to understand the relationships between cultural values and consumer behavior. The second line of my research on new media effects relates to consumers’ information processing, searching, and exchanging in new types of media or advertising, such as social networking sites, online product reviews, blogs, and keyword search advertising.
