Pending approval, the Department of Economics has a tenure track position at the Assistant or Associate level beginning August 2009. We seek a candidate in Applied Microeconomics and any other microeconomic field. A completed Ph.D. is preferred; otherwise, completion is expected by December 2009. Candidates must demonstrate a record of or potential for strong teaching and research which results in refereed publications. Primary teaching responsibility will be for Business Statistics and/or principles, and a field course subject to expertise. Submit cover letter, CV, 3 letters of recommendation, a copy of graduate transcripts, evidence of effective teaching if available, a statement of teaching philosophy, and a published or unpublished research paper.
